My research project, "How the Global Space Economy Is Taking Off," received an Award of Merit in the Autumn 2026 3rd ICANEWS International Research Contest.
This competition brought together more than 200 participants from 34 countries, which makes this recognition especially meaningful to me. The Award of Merit was awarded to only ten recipients per division.
My submission was evaluated based on originality, logical development, completeness, research methodology, analysis, practical application of the results, and academic or social value.
I enjoyed exploring how quickly the global space economy is growing and how new technologies could affect our future. I began investigating this topic earlier, received initial recognition, improved the methods, and continued developing the work.
